Over the past six years, I’ve worked across marketing and e-commerce, helping brands grow through social media, content, websites, launches, and digital strategy.

As much as I loved the industry, I kept noticing the same thing - so many small businesses were missing out on the kind of support they actually needed. For small businesses especially, marketing can already feel overwhelming enough without all the extra layers.

That’s what led me to start Flourish.

I wanted to create something that felt more collaborative and personal, where clients could work directly with someone who genuinely understands their business, cares about the outcome, and is there to support them as they grow.

For me, good marketing isn’t just about posting content or following trends. It’s about building a brand people connect with, creating consistency online, and helping business owners feel confident in how they show up digitally.
